The inception of TabelaWala was driven by the founders' firsthand experience of the problems faced by dairy farmers. They observed that around 70% of farmers shut down their dairy operations within three years due to a lack of knowledge and skills. Many farmers invest in large sheds and facilities but neglect the quality of animals and feed, leading to suboptimal milk production. Additionally, the scarcity of veterinary doctors, with a staggering ratio of one doctor for every 28,000 animals, exacerbated the challenges.
Sugeet and Ashi identified these issues and envisioned a solution that addressed the entire spectrum of dairy farming, from animal selection and feeding to continuous education and support. They developed TabelaWala to provide scientific and data-driven animal management, ensuring that farmers could achieve sustainable and profitable dairy farming.

With an MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow (2007), and over 13 years of leadership experience in reputed private banks and insurance companies, Sugeet Tiwari has built a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and financial management. His corporate journey included senior roles at leading institutions, most recently with Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he established a proven track record of performance and growth.

Ashi Birthare CMO and Director, was pursuing her B.Com (Hons.) and preparing for the Reserve Bank of India exams in 2020. Her path took a significant turn when she met the AGM of a reputed government bank, who encouraged her to join Sugeet in his venture. She did her Marketing course from Mudra Institute of Communication Ahmedabad.

A strong academic foundation and over 14 years of banking experience highlight the professional journey of Mayank, CFO of TabelaWala. He completed his Bachelor's degree, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from ICICI Manipal Academy and further advanced his expertise with an MBA in Banking and Finance from TAPMI, Manipal.
Driven by a desire to contribute to India's growing dairy and rural economy, he transitioned to TabelaWala as CFO. He now focuses on strengthening financial systems, enhancing governance, ensuring sustainable growth and supporting TabelaWala's mission to transform the dairy and cattle sector.
